1.)  SENIOR MILITARY ANALYST, Alion Science and Technology, Washington, DC
 
Duties cover the Air & Missile Defense Radar (AMDR) project.  AMDR is an element of the CG(X) development effort.  The role of the Lead for PC is to provide the functions of cost estimating, schedule control, data & configuration control to the project.  Candidate will lead development of a Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD) and Program Acquisition Estimate (PAE). This will require PC to liaise with the Defense Cost and Resource Center (DCARC), NAVSEA Cost Engineering & Industrial Analysis (SEA 017) and the Cost Analysis Improvement Group (CAIG).  In the support of budgets PC will interface with the IWS 2.0 Advanced Radar budget analyst.  In subsequent phases PC will lead the development of a Program Life Cycle Cost Estimate (PLCCE) while supporting the review of an Independent Cost Estimate (ICE).  Lead maintenance of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to status progress towards project milestones.  PC will coordinate with the Chief of Operations to assure that resources are properly loaded and that tasks are executing consistent with plans.  This will require the PC lead to liaise with Combat System (CS) and Ship Systems schedule leads to assure CG(X) synchronization.  In later stages PC will interface with development contractors to maintain a complete project schedule. Lead management of project data – both classified and unclassified.  PC will support compartmented Integrated Data Environments (IDE) for the team.  PC will ensure that project documents are maintained in a central library and developed to standards for formatting, confidentiality and distribution.  PC will ensure data transport for the team to move documents from one facility to another in a secure and timely manner.   This will require PC to maintain functional configuration of the project¿s baseline artifacts. Remain current on major technical issues being addressed by the Systems Engineering (SE) IPT.  PC will remain current on project plans and contracts that are being addressed by the Acquisition IPT.  PC will remain current on issues of reliability, manning and system maintenance that are addressed by the Logistics IPT. 
 
Qualifications 
 
Must be experienced in Design Agent Contracting oversight specifically in the areas if Cost & Budget Analysis, Contract Compliance, Program Acquisition, Cost Engineering and Industrial Analysis, Program Life Cycle Cost Estimating, and review and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules.  Navy/NAVSEA Program Management experience required.  Navy Radar Program Management experience is desired.

Product-Based Business Development/Marketing Sales experience is a plus. This position requires approximate 30% travel, both domestic and international.

Job Description
Assists the marketing department with graphic design in support of

proposal production. Responsible for trade show logistics and production scheduling. Designs graphics in support of print and online marketing communications deliverables. Ensures that all graphic design complies with the company's visual identity system guidelines. Assists with trade show logistics. Coordinates production scheduling. Provides graphics support to the proposal department. Works with external vendors. May be required to travel.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications or marketing.
Minimum three years of graphic design or communications experience in an agency or in-house creative department. Portfolio required. Ability to conceptualize and execute effective design solutions. Strong analytical and organizational skills, plus demonstrated ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously. Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if required.
