Description of Duties:

Sierra Nevada Corporation’s Space Systems business area headquartered in Louisville, Colorado, designs and manufactures advanced spacecraft, space vehicles, rocket motors and spacecraft subsystems and components for the US Government, commercial customers as well as for the international market. We are looking for those interested in making commercial space travel a reality, by becoming part of the Dream Chaser program. SNC is looking to take Commercial Crew Development to the level, and qualified engineers with hands on experience will manned space flight will have that opportunity.
This position can be located in Louisville CO or in Poway CA.
The Propulsion System Test Lead is responsible for the propulsion test effort in support of the Dream Chaser (DC) vehicle program. This individual must be technically competent in propulsion system design, test planning, test procedure preparation, test facility planning and development, development and verification disciplines and able to perform engineering analysis and design, as well as be able to manage others supporting this effort, as required. Additionally, the test lead position will need to act as the single point contact to plan, coordinate and provide leadership for the DC propulsion system test program. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the design, development and operations of propulsion system or launch vehicle stage test stands using high pressure gases, fluids and/or solid motor elements, providing all test documentation including plans, procedures, status and test reports and integration of subsystems into an integrated test system test bed. Scheduling, facility construction and modification, data acquisition system and personnel management experience are strongly desired.
Required Skills:
For the DC program, the propulsion test lead’s function will design, develop, and implement the DC propulsion vehicle systems test program. Assist in the development of the validation and verification methodology required to verify the analytical tools needed to perform all of the mission profiles of the Dream Chaser vehicle requiring propulsion system function.
• Perform the Propulsion system test planning required to meet the program milestones.
• Develop, and/or propulsion direct other engineers in the development, of the necessary test plans, procedures, reporting documentation to provide certification of the DC propulsion system.
• Evaluate subcontractor’s proposals and results to determine their applicability in meeting the DC programs requirements.
• Develop propulsion system level validation and verification events and support DC system level testing events as directed.
• Support the DC System Engineering requirements development and verification.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Understand, plan, and execute technical activities in accordance with SNC policies, procedures, and work instructions and specific Customer requirements
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and schematics

23.) Systems Analyst Cyber Threat Intel, AT&T, Quantico, VA
Conduct cyber threat trend analysis for enemy cyber exploitation and attack activity. Analyze intelligence data, sensor data, and combat data in order to provide knowledge, indications and warning, situational awareness, and recommendations to support MCNOSC Commander and Operations (S3) decisions. Produce and disseminate reports, assessments, and briefs using USMC and DoD standards to both external commands/agencies (USCYBERCOM, MARFORCYBER, HQMC C4, MCIA, Marine Corps units, etc. and internal MCNOSC sections (HQ, S3, S5) audiences on cyber threats to the Marine Corps Enterprise Network that provide situational awareness on the enemy, indications and warning of enemy activity, and recommendations to counter enemy actions. Coordinate with Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) for counterintelligence support to MCNOSC. Coordinate the exchange of intelligence information between the MCNOSC and other organizations to include attending conferences, meetings, Video Teleconferences, analyst exchanges, and other venues. Coordinate with Marine Computer Emergency Response Team (MARCERT) in order to provide intelligence support to computer network defense. Provide detailed network defense recommendations in designated products and meetings to mitigate threats to the MCEN. The contractor shall provide the following deliverables under this optional task: – Database entry input on classified networks within 48 hours from detection of the incident that meets CJCSM 6510.01A or S-2 SOP reporting requirements. – Cyber Threat (Intel) Report (e.g. entity, event, or phase II reporting) – Report released on classified networks within 5 business days of detected incident that meets CJCSM 6510.01A or S-2 SOP reporting requirements. Assessments released that detail threat capabilities, intentions, actions that threaten the MCEN. The reports meet standards established in CJCSM 6510.01A, S-2 SOPs, Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203, and ICD 206. – Cyber Threat (Intel) Indications and Warning / Recommendations Report – Report released on classified networks within 24 hours from receipt of community intelligence report and meets standards established in S-2 SOPs. At least five reports are required per day. – Cyber Threat (Intel) Situational Awareness Report – Report released on classified networks every two weeks and meets standards established in S-2 SOPs, ICD 203, and ICD 206. – Cyber Threat (Intel) Situational Awareness Slides – Slides released on classified networks every day with new intelligence that is no older than 24 hrs that meets standards established in S-2 SOPs. – Situational Awareness Brief – Brief released on classified networks every week with new intelligence that is no older than one week old that meets standards established in S-2 SOPs. – Cyber Threat (Intel) Request for Information Report / Request – Report released on classified networks within 3 business days of received request that meets standards established in S-2 SOPs, ICD 203, and ICD 206. – Cyber Threat (Intel) Product Evaluation Report – Evaluations completed on classified networks for products referenced in products released to the intelligence community. – Cyber Threat (Intel) VIP Brief – Classified brief contains capabilities, intentions, and future implications of significant threats to the Marine Corps Network that meet standards established in S-2 SOPs, ICD 203, and ICD 206. – Job Qualification Requirements Document – Classified document provides a comprehensive list of skills/knowledge required in order to produce S-2 deliverables, where to learn about the information, and tracks completion. – Cyber Threat (Intel) Standard Operating Procedures – Classified document details each step of the intelligence cycle and the detailed steps required to produce S-2 deliverables. – Cyber Threat (Intel) Collaborative Website – SharePoint portal page is available on SIPRNet and improves the intelligence cycle at MCNOSC S-2 through communication and tracking of S-2 tasks and efforts. – Cyber Threat (Intelligence) Training Course Material Presentations – Classified training course presentation provides five days of instruction on S-2 SOPs that detail the intelligence cycle at MCNOSC and the steps required to produce S-2

• Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
• Must possess both outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Ability to clear a criminal background check, driver’s license check and drug test
