Innovation is at the core of Invesco’s vision and strategy for serving our clients, staying operationally efficient and staying competitive. The HR Digital Journey effort will modernize every aspect of HR, from upgrading our systems to Workday and ServiceNow as we reimagine the “future of work.” The result will be a more engaging employee digital experience for access to total rewards, learning and development, and in how employees obtain HR support.

As the Communications Lead for this effort, this role will report to Invesco’s Head of Global Internal Communications with a dotted line to the HR Program Director and the Change Management lead. This role will help strengthen Invesco’s employer brand and culture as we introduce more tools that support employees with their career growth, wellness, and overall employee experience.

This is a communications strategist role that will develop and execute change and internal communications across all aspects of the project.

  1. Develop end-to-end, Invesco-wide internal and change communications strategy to ensure that all audiences are informed on the changes to systems, processes, and new ways of working.
  2. Execute complete change strategy in partnership with Invesco’s Change Management team and external consultants to reduce change resistance, create sponsorship and project champions throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Partner with key stakeholders to implement learning plans, manager coaching and internal resources.
  4. Develop company-wide communication campaigns to promote Invesco’s new HR service delivery and employee portal.
  5. Partner with regional communications colleagues to implement targeted communications.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of change communications and employee communications
  • Possess excellent communications planning and execution skills (writing, creative direction, utilization of innovative channels such as video, internal events, and internal social media) in partnership with Invesco graphic design and video studio teams
  • Experience with internal HR technology transformation projects
  • Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deliverables and timelines
  • Education: BA or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in large-scale change communications programs, preferably with a global internal audience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Teams, PowerPoint, Yammer and SharePoint Online
