***  One Paragraph Pitch:

Strategic communication is how your prospects understand why your organization is different, and see value in that distinction. It prompts your customers to develop a relationship with you, do business — and even more business. A well-executed communication plan also lets your own people know what’s coming, what happened, and what they need to do to achieve strategic excellence.

In my 24 years with Xerox, I defined stories that helped a range of stakeholders understand the company’s emerging technology, new ideas, and new products. In addition, customer stories highlighted success and the diverse people who delivered the company’s promises. Layoffs happen, and it finally happened to me, in line with major divestitures. What’s next?

I left Xerox with the joy of working with hundreds of wonderful people around the world, and the privilege of telling a thousand amazing stories that touched every component of this multi-faceted global enterprise. I look forward to meeting the people who make your organization tick, joining your culture, and telling a thousand more stories that your world needs to hear.

Drop me a note at  Just say Ned sent you.
